Donnell has been with Integrity for 15+ years, starting from the ground up as a floor tech at age 16 and eventually working his way up to his first management role in 2016. Since then, he has adopted various skills such as project management, team leadership, quality control, staff development, human resources, and government contracting. Throughout his tenure, Donnell has contributed to the company's growth and has become a valuable asset. Donnell earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University with a Graphic Design concentration. His education and beneficial talents have contributed to the company's success in marketing and publicity.
