He has achieved this by leading regional teams, managing vendors across five Latin American countries, and ensuring a balance between profitability and sustainable work environments. Miguel's expertise extends to managing financial and cultural transformations and championing the effective adoption of IT systems and metrics at all organizational levels. Miguel is armed with a Master's in Business Administration, certifications in Human Resources and Project Management, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
