Neal brings over 30 years of leadership experience, having held key roles at organizations like C&W Services and ABM. He has overseen operations for over 300 million square feet of commercial and institutional properties and managed company revenues exceeding $425 million. A Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM), Neal excels in operations management, team building, and strategic planning.

 

Committed to community service, Neal served nine years on the Manchester, CT Board of Education, co-chaired Relay for Life, and is Vice President of a nonprofit supporting youth and families.
